CRHS 2020 Grad Tickets $5
Guest Ticket $10 (limit ONE guest per graduate)
Guests must be 17-20 yrs of age. UNDER 21 ONLY.
Guests ARE NOT eligible to win the CRHS Project Grad-provided prizes/giveaways. Only 2020 Seniors graduating from CRHS or SUCCESS are eligible to win prizes/giveaways and receive swag bags.
Proof of Payment is required at entry in one of the following forms:
Confirmation # (will be checked at entrance) OR
Copy of receipt (that includes your name) - Either printed copy or email
Disability Accommodations
Please submit accommodation requests (including parking) in writing to crhspgpresident@gmail.com by Thursday, June 4th. An accommodation plan will be emailed to you by end of day Friday. Parents, guardians, or caregivers assisting a grad with disabilities are admitted free of charge and are not considered "guests" as described below. IE, the grad may still bring a guest with purchase of guest ticket. Handicapped portable restroom and accessible hand-washing station available. Contact Regina at 512-748-7751 with questions.

ALL GRADUATESand GUESTS, and CAREGIVERS MUST present a signed waiver at the gate along with admission tickets and school or state-issued ID.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Students need to arrive between 6:15 pm - 7:00 pm
Meet your friends before arriving, driving behind one another for the best chance of parking by each other. Parking is assigned in order of admittance, and must you remain parked until conclusion of the event.
CAN I BRING A GUEST?
All Seniors are allowed to bring ONE guest.
Guests must be 17- 20 yrs of age. UNDER 21 ONLY.
The cost for your guest is: $10.00.
Signed Waiver form is required by all students and guests. Proper ID will be required.DOWNLOAD WAIVER HERE

CRHS Project Graduation reserves the right to admit or remove any graduate or guest causing a disruption to the event or not following the Project Graduation Guidelines listed above.
CAN I LEAVE ONCE I ARRIVE?
Students will not be allowed to leave the event before Project Graduation officially ends. Unusual circumstances will be handled on a case-by-case basis and parents will be contacted.
IS THERE ANYTHING I MUST BRING?
YES! YOU MUST BRING YOUR SCHOOL ISSUED ID (preferred) OR A VALID STATE ISSUED DRIVER’S LICENSE OR ID. We will not allow ANYONE in without proper identification. Applies to both GUESTS AND GRADUATES!

Lawn Chairs, Cameras, Water, Bug Spray, Sun Screen
Blankets will NOT be allowed to be placed on the pavement for safety reasons. You will be able to sit on or around your vehicle.
HOW ARE PRIZES GIVEN OUT?
Once you arrive, each CRHS 2020 Graduate will receive a raffle ticket.
Prizes will be randomly drawn throughout the night by our MC.
Raffles winners will be announced for prizes from the staged area.
You MUST be present to win!
WILL THERE BE MEDICAL PERSONNEL AVAILABLE?
Yes, we will have at least one RN on the premises.
I DON’T HAVE A CAR. CAN I BE DROPPED OFF?
Yes, You can attend! All Cedar Ridge and Success graduates can attend. Drop off locations will be at the entrance of Salt Lick. ( Look for Signs)

Cedar Ridge High School Project Graduation is a 501(C)(3) non-profit organization that provides fun, safe, drug & alcohol-free graduation celebration hosted by senior parents. Project Graduation is a totally self-supported program, funded solely through community fundraisers and monetary donations from individuals and local businesses.
